Greetings on behalf of the dynamic and dedicated members of the Sussex County Alumnae Chapter! I am thrilled and honored to serve as the 13th President as we continue to serve and collaborate with communities in Sussex County by making impactful strides across the county.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is an organization of college-educated women committed to the constructive development of its members and public service, with a primary focus on the Black community. Deltas exemplify dedication to a wide range of public service programs, particularly those centered around educational development, economic development, international awareness, political awareness, and initiatives promoting physical and mental health.

Our chapter, chartered in 1988, currently boasts over 60 members, though our size is small, our commitment to providing meaningful public service to communities throughout Sussex County, Delaware, is unwavering.

As the first Divine Nine Chapter in Sussex County, we remain steadfast in our mission to bring impactful programming, service, and collaboration with community partners across the county.

If you are a Delta seeking a chapter home, Sussex County Alumnae Chapter welcomes you! Visit one of our chapter meetings or join us at a community event.

We deeply value the support of our community members, which enables us to continue our Sorority’s legacy of Sisterhood, Scholarship, Service, and Social Action.

Yours in Scholarship, Service, and Social Action,
